　　Taiji quan is a traditional boxing of Han nationality with taiji and the dialectical concept of Yin and Yang as the core of traditional Confucianism and Taoism. It is widely regarded as an elegant, slow-motion therapy art and fitness lifestyle that contribute to physical and mental health. Taji quan has become a symbol of eastern culture and an important bridge and link to promote cultural exchanges between the East and the West. Its creation is another demonstration of the Han’s great creativity after the “Four Great Inventions”. Inheriting and protecting this traditional boxing is of great significance for carrying forward Chinese traditional culture and improving people’s life quality.
