As we can see, a large body of people have been attracted by foreign cultures which feature diversity, novelty and richness —Crazy fans of foreign TV programs, electronic products or even ways of life abound in our daily life.

　　However, no one can deny the significance of Chinese traditional culture. It is the crystallization of Chinese wisdom and civilization. An individual or nation showing no respect to the essence of traditional culture cannot be expected to develop and be stronger. Hence, something could and should be done to reverse the inexorable decline in the emphasis of Chinese traditional culture. (263)
