2017年12月大学英语四级阅读答案(第二套)

　　1. 选词填空

　　难度和第一套相持平，会有一些学生觉得较难的词汇，比如enroll, feasible，championships等。但文章总体内容不难，介绍了一个教育家创立的一个致力于培养孩子在理工科方面能力与知识的项目。这套题目的另一个难点在于动词ing形式的选项有3个，动词过去分词形式的选项有两个，占到了选项的三分之一。这类选项是较难把握的，会对考生造成一定的难度。

　　2. 长篇阅读

　　词汇难度相较第一套有所提升，包含不少有一定难度的词汇，比如accusation, serendipity deficit等，但都是设题点，总体和第一套难度持平。，文章主题是好奇心的缺失。题干中的定位词都非常明显，文章也没有进行非常隐晦的替换，找到关键词即可解题。

　　3. 仔细阅读

　　第一篇介绍了到底应不应该把衰老认为是一种疾病，文章语言难度适中，题目都是细节题，准确定位，选项替换较少。

　　第二篇介绍了性别不平等，女性在科学领域中收到不公正对待。文章语言难度比第一篇有所增加，出现了不少有一定难度的词汇比如postdoctoral, geoscience, recommendation, implicit 等，但题目的定位句比较容易找到，替换比第一篇略多。总体来说比第一篇难，但难度适中。
