　　Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay on the challenges of starting a career after graduation. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.

　　As an increasing number of college students step into the society, they are faced with a host of challenges of starting a career. Obviously, it clearly indicates a fact that more attention is supposed to be paid to those challenges of the graduates.

　　To begin with, many college students have little experience of working. Accordingly, they will be a green hand in many aspects of their work, which means that they have to learn a lot within limited time and handle the problem by themselves to accomplish some certain tasks instructed by their team leaders. Besides, starting a career involves plenty of skills that they cannot obtain from the colleges, such as the ability of communication, cooperation and contribution. The biggest challenge lies not in the skills, but the process of acquiring them, for the reason that they have to deal with multiple tasks at the same time.

　　To sum up, I am convinced that we would make greater achievements in our careers so long as more emphasis is laid on the challenges of starting a career after graduation.
