　　In modern society, college students in increasing numbers are coming to realize the importance of starting a promising career after graduation. However, it must be noticed that challenges come hand in hand with opportunities.

　　Numerous challenges would be confronted with during the process of finding and keeping a decent job, but the universal ones are as follows. Chief among them is that now with the rapid development of our economy, the competition between the talents have been heated, which results in the undesirable fact that it is harder for graduates to get a position than ever before. Another contributing factor is that college students are confronted with the dilemma that they have difficulty in finding their real goal and their own unique talents. Besides, challenges also appear when college students lack of relevant working experience and thus fail to meet the requirements of the employers.

　　In a nutshell, it is advisable for us to cope with those challenges actively. Personally, I harbor the idea that we are supposed to cultivate the ability of solving practical problems before we enter the job market.
