　　Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay on challenge of starting a career after graduation. 120-180words.

　　With the increasingly fierce competition in the job market, a growing number of graduates are faced with challenges coming from their career after graduation. These challenges not only make a great impact on the career of the graduates, but also influence the development of society.

　　Various factors could be responsible for the challenges graduates are confront with and the following three are the most distinctive and crucial: First and foremost, the number of the students becomes much larger than before, which leads to the fierce competition in the job market. What’s more, companies attach great importance to higher educational degree. As a consequence, the majority of the graduates choose to pursue a higher degree before beginning a career. Last but not at least, lack of social experience may concern the graduates a lot.

　　As far as I am concerned, since these challenges can greatly affect the career of graduates, addressing the challenges is our priority. Graduates and the whole society should take action to overcome these difficulties.
