　　Another great way to change your results quickly is by using the 30-day plan. The idea is tothink about what you want to achieve/change in the next 30 days only, so it is not sooverwhelming and easier to start.

　　另一个很快改变结果的好方法是使用30天计划表。想一想你想要在30天内实现或改变什么，它不会太有难度，而且还容易开始。

　　You can do this in 3 easy steps.

　　遵循3个简单步骤，你就能做到。

　　(1) Think about what you want to accomplish in 30 days. How many new clients do you want? How much weight do you want to lose? Etc; Write down your 30 day goals. Make sure they arespecific, measurable, and attainable, but still challenging and exciting!

　　想一想你要在30天内达成的事。你想要多少新客户?你想要减掉多少斤?等等。写下你要在30天内实现的目标。目标一定要是具体的、可测量的和可达成的，但也要有挑战性和振奋性。

　　(2) Think about what you need to do to accomplish each goal. Write down all the action stepsyou are going to need to do, break them into weekly and daily tasks and put them in yourcalendar.
