　　产业结构调整则是指产业之间相互关系的变动和调整。新中国成立以来，中国的产业结构经历了三个发展阶段：第1阶段是从20世纪50年代初到70年代末，第二阶段是从1979年到20世纪90年代初，第三阶段是从90年代初至2020年左右。加快产业结构调整，是经济发展到一定阶段的客观要求，也是实践科学发展观的必然选择。

　　The term "industrial structural adjustment" refers to the changes and adjustments in the relationships between industries. Since the founding of the PRC, China’s industrial structure has undergone three stages of development: from the 1950s to the late 1970s; from 1979 to the early 1990s; and from the early 1990s to around 2020. Speeding up industrial structural adjustment is the objective of the economic development at a certain stage as well as the sure way to implement the outlook on scientific development.
